We are pleased to introduce once in a generation proposals to rejuvenate the Windsor Yards Shopping Centre and provide a wide range of benefits to the local community and economy. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website provides information on our proposals for the Windsor Yards Shopping Centre, which will potentially include: 60,000 sq ft of flexible office floorspace, a second hotel as part of the Centre, residential accommodation, an extension to the existing Travelodge, a new cinema for Windsor, the reconfiguration of some of the existing retail floorspace and public realm improvements.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is important that the local community has the opportunity to input into the proposals prior to the submission of a planning application later in the year. We would greatly value your feedback in shaping a high quality, successful and sustainable proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
